How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Oppositiontho Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or messaging Oppositiontho Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Please let us know too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Oppositiontho Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider or speak for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@oppositiontho.lat and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
